This role involves leading the resort’s overnight operation, ensuring guest service and safety are prioritized while addressing any concerns. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of Front Office experience, ideally in luxury settings, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

The Night Manager will act as Manager on Duty, oversee Front Office operations, and ensure all procedures are executed effectively for optimal guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of Front Office experience, with previous supervisory or night management experience.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of night audit, Front Office operations, cashiering, and billing.
