Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests on arrival and seat them.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus.
• Coordinate table flow with service and kitchen teams.
• Maintain accurate reservation records in the restaurant system.
• Support VIP guest recognition and personalized service.
