Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional, and personalized table service to all guests.
• Greet guests, present menus, explain dishes, and upsell beverages and promotions.
• Accurately take orders and communicate them to kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining luxury service standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and properly maintained during service.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and supervisory teams for smooth flow.
• Handle POS entries accurately and ensure correct billing.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Report guest feedback to supervisors and work as part of a high-performing team.
