Job summary

FAENA The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia seeks a Reservations Agent to handle all room reservation inquiries with efficiency, accuracy, and luxury-service level. You will manage multi-channel bookings and contribute to revenue optimization by promoting offers and upselling when appropriate.

You should have 1–3 years in reservations or front office, a high school diploma (hospitality degree preferred), and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Process bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
• Provide room type, rate, and resort information to guests.
• Upsell rooms and promote special offers to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping for arrivals and room readiness.
• Maintain PMS records and ensure accurate availability.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve booking issues professionally.
• Ensure brand standards and data privacy compliance.
