• Coordinate transfers between airport and resort and assist with luggage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the airport with a warm, professional greeting.
• Assist guests during arrival and departure procedures for a smooth airport experience.
• Identify and escort VIP guests ensuring priority handling and special attention.
• Coordinate guest transfers between the airport and the resort including transportation arrangements.
• Assist with luggage handling and ensure safe transfer of guest belongings to vehicles or resort representatives.
• Liaise with airport authorities, immigration staff and transportation providers as needed.
• Monitor flight arrivals/departures to coordinate guest services.
• Provide guests with accurate information about resort transfers, timing, and services.
