Job summary

Fairmont The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to warmly welcome guests, assist with inquiries, directions and local recommendations, and maintain a visible presence in the lobby and public areas.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in hospitality, at least 1 year of relevant experience, excellent English communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, luxury-brand focused mindset to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in hospitality or related field required.
• Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills required.
• Experience with luxury wellness concepts and brand alignment preferred.
• Experience in pre-opening operations or project coordination is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism in the lobby.
• Act as a key contact in the lobby for inquiries, directions, hotel information, and local recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service for memorable experiences.
• Escort VIPs, long-stay guests, and special occasion guests as required.
• Maintain a visible lobby and public-area presence to engage with guests.
• Assist guests with transportation, restaurant reservations, and other requests.
• Support service recovery with prompt resolution of guest concerns.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, dining outlets, wellness offerings and events.
