FAENA The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Curator to deliver bespoke, highly personalized luxury guest experiences from pre-arrival to departure.

As the bridge between guests and the resort, you will anticipate needs, coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Concierge, and ensure every stay reflects FAENA’s bold spirit. Ideally 2–3 years as a Butler or luxury guest service professional, with a hospitality qualification and discretion.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Butler or in a similar luxury guest service role in a 5-star setting.
• Hospitality-related qualification or degree preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver highly personalized service with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Deliver bespoke, intuitive service throughout the guest journey from pre-arrival to post-departure.
• Welcome guests with personalized suite orientation and in-room arrangements.
• Anticipate guest needs through observation and preference tracking.
• Manage guest requests including dining, reservations, and special occasions.
• Maintain presentation of suites and in-room details to FAENA standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, IRD, and Concierge for seamless service.
• Arrange and oversee VIP F&B experiences and in-room dining.
• Handle guest concerns with discretion and swift resolution.
• Maintain guest profiles and service history for future stays.
• Support arrival and departure experiences with check-in/out efficiency.
• Monitor room condition and report issues proactively.
• Promote resort services and identify opportunities to enhance stays.
• Assist with guest logistics including transfers and activities.
