Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in registration, document control, administration, or a related field.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba and vendor registration platforms.
• Familiarity with government and tendering platforms.
• Good understanding of document control and document management practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate vendor registration and prequalification processes.
• Handle registrations and submissions through SAP Ariba, vendor portals, government platforms, and tendering systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date company and vendor documentation.
• Ensure all required documents are properly prepared, reviewed, organized, and submitted on time.
• Monitor registration status, submission deadlines, renewals, and follow-ups.
• Maintain document control records and ensure proper filing and version control.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify required information and documents.
• Track multiple registrations and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports and status updates related to registrations and document control activities.
