Job summary

Client of Taj HR is seeking a Vendor Registration & Tendering Officer in Saudi Arabia to manage vendor registrations, prequalification submissions, document control, compliance, and tendering activities. The role focuses on ensuring the company is registered, compliant, and eligible to participate in tenders with major Saudi clients across Oil & Gas, EPC, Civil Construction, and Government entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia in vendor registration and tendering roles.
• Mandatory experience in overseas recruitment, manpower supply, heavy equipment rental, or material supply.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi procurement systems and portals (Etimad, Aramco SAP Ariba, NEOM, RC, Ma'aden, SEC, SWCC).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Vendor registrations and portal management to maintain registrations and compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive tender documents and coordinate with finance for bids.
• Ensure documents meet Saudi regulatory and client requirements and maintain audit-ready records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate submissions and respond to clarifications.
