Job summary

The Chefz in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Vendor Relations Manager to grow partnerships with add-on product vendors across cakes, chocolates, and lifestyle brands. You will own day-to-day communications, align with calendars, and ensure stock, quality, and on-time replenishment.

You will transform ad-hoc vendor interactions into structured, scalable partnerships, manage a pipeline for new brands, and prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock, risks, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, or dealing with clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day communication with assigned vendors.
• Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with clear points of contact.
• Conduct regular check-ins with vendors.
• Maintain updated vendor profiles (contacts, SKUs, prices, lead times, MOQs).
• Track availability of all add-on SKUs.
• Follow up on low-stock items and confirm replenishment lead times.
• Define storage models per vendor with operations.
• Ensure updated price lists are available and flag margin risks.
• Coordinate packaging improvements and handle quality complaints.
• Maintain SKU lists and vendor master data; prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Identify and approach new brands; build and manage pipeline from lead to live.
