Thales Group is seeking a detail-oriented Vault Operator to ensure secure handling, storage, and management of sensitive materials in Riyadh. You will uphold strict access control, maintain precise inventory records, and support audits and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include daily vault management, accurate logging, secure packaging, and coordinated transfers. Candidates should be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems, with an emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Excel-based data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• PowerPoint reporting and presentation preparation.
• Experience with ERP inventory management and material control.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily vault operations with secure storage of sensitive items.
• Enforce strict access controls using badges, biometrics, and logs.
• Maintain accurate entry/exit records and audit trails.
• Receive, store, and issue items against approved documentation.
• Maintain inventory records with serials, batches, and traceability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare secure packaging and coordinate transfers of materials.
• Generate reports on inventory, access activity, and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
