Job summary

Thales is seeking a Warehouse Operator in Saudi Arabia to ensure accurate inventory management, efficient material handling, and strict adherence to safety and operational protocols. Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management processes: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• Good organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Physically able to lift, carry and stand for extended periods; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming shipments against orders and documents.
• Store materials in designated locations and maintain organized inventory.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch accurately and timely.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and perform stock counts/audits.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack and scanners safely and efficiently.
• Label, document and track all materials and shipments.
