Qualifications

• 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Knowledge of inventory processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic numerical and data entry skills for inventory tracking.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and company policies.
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Accurately store materials in designated locations while maintaining an organized and easily accessible inventory system.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely manner, ensuring correct items and quantities are shipped.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems and perform regular stock counts and audits.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and tracking of all materials and shipments.
• Follow all safety guidelines, security procedures, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods while minimizing damage and ensuring proper handling techniques.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to support efficient operations.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform physical and system transactions (ERP/SAP/Oracle ) for stock movements
• Prepare kits and materials for production / maintenance teams
• Conduct cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
