Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanning devices preferred; strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Good organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Accurately store materials in designated locations and maintain an organised inventory system.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely manner with correct items and quantities.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems and perform stock counts.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely.
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and tracking of all materials and shipments.
• Follow safety guidelines, security procedures, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in loading/unloading goods while minimising damage and ensuring proper handling.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse to support efficient operations.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to meet targets and deadlines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform physical and system transactions (ERP/SAP/Oracle) for stock movements.
• Prepare kits and materials for production/maintenance teams.
• Conduct cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
