Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Process, Chemical, Subsurface Sciences or Industrial Automation/AI).
• 10–15 years Oil & Gas industry experience in operations and/or projects; 5–7 years in business development/pre-sales/consulting/engineering
• Experience in digital transformation and related fields (IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or management consulting)
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas processes, optimization and latest digital technologies (data analysis, robotics, cloud, AI, ML)
• Knowledge of energy usage, greenhouse gas emissions, and climate change impacts
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Analytical and strategic thinking; driver of revenue growth
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally (MEA)

Responsibilities

• Lead Oil & Gas (Upstream) business development with stakeholders.
• Build rapport with customers, identify issues, and propose products/solutions.
• Proactively approach customers to understand direction and investment plans; carry out early-stage sales activities.
• Focus on Digitalization & Optimization opportunities; collaborate with solution teams.
• Educate sales/solution teams on Oil & Gas Upstream as technical advisor/consultant
• Extend services to Refining & Petrochemicals
