Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea is seeking an exceptional Cluster Director of Spa & Wellness to lead our luxury wellness operations across Umluj, Saudi Arabia. Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive spa and wellness management in luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience managing multiple properties or a cluster-level operation.
• Strong knowledge of spa operations, wellness programming, and industry best practices.
• Budget management, financial analysis, and revenue optimization expertise.
• Excellent leadership and team development skills across diverse teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities in cross-cultural settings.
• Experience with luxury hotel brands; familiarity with Raffles or Fairmont standards preferred.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulatory considerations.
• Proficiency with hospitality management systems and PMS.
• Strategic thinking, problem solving, and project management capabilities.
• Wellness certifications or specialized training are a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for spa and wellness operations across the cluster, aligning with brand standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs to enhance guest experiences.
• Oversee budget planning, financial performance, and revenue growth for spa departments.
• Lead and mentor spa teams across properties, fostering excellence and accountability.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance for spa operations in Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate with resort management to integrate wellness with guest experiences and programming.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations to maintain competitive position.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and supply chain for spa products/services.
• Conduct property inspections and quality audits to sustain standards.
