EliteHire is seeking an experienced Resort Manager to lead a luxury resort in Medina, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee guest services, housekeeping, maintenance and F&B, ensuring exceptional experiences and strong financial performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management, 5+ years as a Resort Manager in a luxury property with 100+ rooms, and outstanding leadership and English communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Resort Manager in a luxury property with at least 100 rooms.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset).
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, revenue management and cost control.
• Exceptional customer service skills with ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays when needed.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all aspects of resort operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
• Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
• Hire, train, schedule and manage staff to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all departments to ensure smooth operation of the resort.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints or issues in a professional manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, safety standards are met.
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions or packages to increase occupancy rates.
