Job summary

HajjGuider, a UK-based Hajj and Umrah travel specialist, seeks a Travel Consultant to assist pilgrims from the United Kingdom planning their sacred journeys in Makkah or Madinah, Saudi Arabia. You will advise on packages, flights, hotels, and logistics, ensuring smooth preparation and documentation.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and comfortable engaging families, with experience in pilgrimage travel and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hajj/Umrah or Muslim travel sector preferred.
• Experience advising customers on travel packages and options.
• Fluency in Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, or Persian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult pilgrims and families about Hajj and Umrah options and compare packages, flights, hotels, and rooming.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain client records for continuity and follow-up and gather feedback for service improvements.
