Job summary

Meezab Group is seeking a hospitality professional to manage room allocations and guest services for pilgrims in Makkah. You will collaborate with partner hotels on check-ins, room assignments, and resolve issues during stays.

Responsibilities include coordinating rooming lists, attending group check-ins, and updating the Lahore team on availability, while delivering courteous, efficient guest service in a high-demand period.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel operations or Umrah ground handling.
• Good knowledge of hotels around the Haram.
• Proficiency in Arabic, Urdu and basic English.

Job description

What we are looking for

• 3 years or more in hotel operations or Umrah ground handling
• Good knowledge of hotels around the Haram
• Arabic, Urdu and basic English
• Valid residency or the ability to work in Saudi Arabia
• Calm under pressure in peak season
