فنادق مادن Maden Hotels is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead Hajj and Umrah operations in the Makkah region. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate with government authorities, and ensure high service standards across accommodation, transport, and hospitality.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and crisis management skills to navigate peak seasons and regulatory requirements, with a focus on KPI-driven performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager.
• Proven leadership, management, and operational planning skills.
• Strong knowledge of Hajj and Umrah operations and seasonal requirements.
• Experience in managing field operations across the Holy Sites (Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
