Job summary

FAENA The Red Sea is looking for a passionate Training Executive (Saudi National) to enrich their People & Culture team. This role focuses on enhancing employee learning experiences and adherence to the FAENA philosophy.

Responsibilities include planning and facilitating training programs, coordinating training logistics, and maintaining training records. The ideal candidate has a background in Training & Development and excels in communication and presentation. A degree in Human Resources or related fields is essential for this position.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Hospitality Operations.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Must be a Saudi National.

Job description

FAENA The Red Sea is seeking a passionate and driven Training Executive (Saudi National) to join our People & Culture team. This role will support the delivery of engaging learning experiences that bring the FAENA philosophy, service culture, and brand standards to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs across all departments.
  • Facilitate orientation and onboarding programs for new Warriors.
  • Assist in delivering service culture, brand standards compliance, and operational training.
  • Coordinate training schedules, venues, materials, and participant communications.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance reports, and employee development files.
  • Manage and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
  • Monitor training completion rates and follow up with departments on outstanding requirements.
  • Assist in identifying training needs through feedback, audits, and operational observations.
  • Support the creation of training materials, presentations, guides, and learning resources.
  • Coordinate leadership development, talent development, and career progression initiatives.
  • Support departmental trainers and leaders in delivering effective learning experiences.
  • Track and report training metrics, engagement levels, and program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements, health & safety standards, and company policies.
  • Support the delivery, coordination, and tracking of Forbes Travel Guide training programs across all departments.
  • Assist in preparing Warriors and leaders for Forbes evaluations, audits, and accreditation requirements.
  • Promote Forbes Five-Star service standards through ongoing coaching, training, and reinforcement activities.
  • Partner with operational leaders to embed Forbes standards into daily guest interactions and service delivery.
  • Support Saudization development initiatives and learning programs for Saudi talent.
  • Participate in special projects, employee engagement activities, and learning events that promote the FAENA culture.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Training, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Hospitality Operations, or a related field.
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality, Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Previous exposure to Forbes Travel Guide standards, luxury service training, or Forbes accreditation processes.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Passion for learning, people development, and hospitality excellence.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to engage and inspire others.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.
  • Must be a Saudi National.
