Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or IT field.
• Fresh graduate with basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement Projects, Data Analysis and Reporting, Problem Solving, and Documentation.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic language is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Lean Six Sigma and improvement projects across functions.
• Conduct process mapping and value stream mapping exercises.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools.
• Analyze data and provide trend analysis and insights.
• Maintain project trackers and improvement databases.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
