Job summary

Hitachi ABB Power Grids in Dammam seeks a Trainee - Improvement Process to learn across programs in six months, building foundational knowledge of the company and its workings. You will support Continuous Improvement with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and data analysis, gaining hands-on experience in process mapping and root cause analysis.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety and integrity while developing skills in dashboards, metrics, and project execution for long-term growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or IT field.
Fresh graduate with basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement Projects, Data Analysis and Reporting, Problem Solving, and Documentation.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

Support Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and operational excellence projects.
Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and support functions.
Participate in project teams to improve productivity, quality, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
Collect and validate project data and assist in preparing project documentation.
