Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Saudi Arabia invites a Trainee - Improvement Process to learn and contribute across the Continuous Improvement team for a 6-month program.

You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis and project execution, applying Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and PDCA to boost productivity, quality and safety.

Fresh graduates with basic knowledge and fluency in English and Arabic are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Software engineering, Computer Science or MIS.
• Fresh graduate with basic knowledge of continuous improvement, data analysis and documentation.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence projects.
• Identify process improvement opportunities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and support functions.
• Participate in project teams to improve productivity, quality, delivery and cost efficiency.
• Collect and validate data and assist in preparing project documentation.
• Conduct process mapping and value stream mapping exercises.
• Assist in monitoring improvement actions and sustainability plans.
• Maintain improvement project records and lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities
