Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Saudi Arabia seeks a Manufacturing Engineering & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead site manufacturing engineering, maintenance, OEE, digital manufacturing and cost improvements. You will drive Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives while aligning cross-functional teams.

The role covers NPI readiness, capital projects, process validation, and asset optimization, with emphasis on safety, quality, productivity and sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
MS or MBA is a plus for advanced leadership
7–10 years in manufacturing/production environments with continuous improvement exposure

Responsibilities

Own the site's manufacturing engineering strategy and standards.
Lead process design, validation, qualification, and optimization.
Drive Lean/Six Sigma programs and problem-solving across functions.
Lead Industry 4.0, automation, and OT initiatives to improve performance.
Oversee maintenance and asset management to boost uptime and reliability.
