Job summary
Eaton in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead site manufacturing engineering, maintenance, operational excellence, and digital manufacturing functions. You will drive process optimization, NPI readiness, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to deliver sustainable improvements across safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and EHS teams to implement Industry 4.0 and asset
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
- MS/MBA is advantageous.
- 7–10 years in manufacturing/production with Lean/Six Sigma exposure.
Responsibilities
- Own manufacturing engineering strategy and standards.
- Lead process design, validation, and optimization.
- Drive FMEA and risk reduction activities.
- Support capacity planning and line balancing.
- Lead NPI readiness and manufacturing transfers.
- Deploy Lean/Six Sigma programs and Kaizen initiatives.
- Promote Industry 4.0 and automation initiatives.
- Oversee maintenance and asset management.
