Job summary

tree is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence professional to lead process improvement initiatives across operations in Riyadh. You will analyze KPIs, map processes, conduct root-cause analysis, and standardize workflows to boost efficiency and service quality.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support digital transformation, and promote continuous improvement practices, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, Business Process Management, or Operations.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
