Almarai - المراعي is seeking an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager II for our Riyadh operations. You will assist in coordinating the National Promotion Plan, key accounts promotions, and multi-brand in-store activations across GCC markets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing and a minimum of 3 years in trade marketing or related fields. Join a leading FMCG group with strong regional exposure and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is required.
• 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Business Development or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage GCC-wide promotional plans and annual calendars.
• Oversee execution of promotions across regions and ensure alignment with key accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain and finance to deliver promotions.
• Monitor performance and report on promotional impact monthly.
• Create merchandising plans, schedules and planograms for GCC markets.
• Coordinate NPD listings, sponsorships and events with relevant teams.
• Ensure merchandising excellence through collaboration with divisions and key accounts.
• Coach sales teams to improve execution and optimize stock, distribution and waste control.
• Analyze and report monthly on merchandising effectiveness.
