Job summary

Almarai seeks a Sales Associate to support the sales team by building strong relationships with customers, facilitating product listing, price changes and promotional updates.

You will negotiate promotions with retailers, drive sell-in, and ensure listings, pricing and space are maintained across accounts. The role requires a Diploma in business, 1+ year FMCG experience, and good English; ability to work under pressure during Ramadan.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business required.
• 1+ years FMCG sales/ key accounts experience.
• Fair English language.
• Able to work under pressure, esp. Ramadan/School season.
• Able to adapt & communicate across cultures; strong sales knowledge.
• Competencies: Negotiation, Analytical, PC, Interpersonal, Punctual & discipline.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all company products get listed in all assigned accounts.
• Plan promotions by account and ensure listing before launch.
• Secure space prior to sell-in period for all promotions.
• Keep accounts’ price files up to date and aligned with Almarai price list.
• Implement customer satisfaction surveys regularly.
