Job summary

Musco Lighting's Transportation & Infrastructure team is seeking a Sales Representative in our Dammam office. You will execute and manage the sales plan for a defined territory to meet or exceed goals and help develop new market areas within your region.

The role requires a university degree in business/communications/marketing, 3–5 years of sales experience, fluency in Arabic and English, and willingness to travel up to 50% within KSA and GCC. Training is conducted at our HQ in Iowa, USA.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing and 3-5 years of sales experience or equivalent
• Proficient in Arabic and English
• Willing to attend in-person training at Musco Corporate HQ in Iowa, USA
• Proven track record with a technical product
• Experience with reviewing AutoCad, Project Plans, Google Earth preferred
• Self-directed with ability to make informed decisions independently
• Willingness to travel extensively (50%), mainly within KSA and GCC
• Strong MS Office, Teams, email, internet and general PC/Mobile skills
• Ability to learn, understand and teach technical concepts
• Ability to analyze and communicate bid and tender documents
• Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Management on territory and project strategy
• Build relationships with customers, contractors, specifiers and end-users
• Generate new sales and project opportunities to meet goals
• Assess lighting needs and recommend Musco products and services
• Maintain accurate sales database records
• Prepare quotes and budget estimates using pricing tools
• Negotiate prices and terms including credit and collections
• Identify key decision makers to maximize Musco's project position
• Present Musco products through meetings, field visits and trade shows
• Support design, production and installation with technical staff
• Provide regular updates to Sales Management on projects and travel focus
• Coordinate with Sales Management to allocate resources as needed
• Participate in corporate meetings/calls as required
