AP Executive Pte Ltd, recruiting for a leading Middle East construction group, seeks an experienced Tendering & Estimation Manager to lead a large, multidisciplinary department in Saudi Arabia.

Initially based in Saudi Arabia with potential relocation to Qatar, the role oversees tendering activities across the region, ensures on-time submissions with accurate pricing and high technical standards, and provides technical leadership to a substantial team, with relocation allowances.

Qualifications

• Extensive tendering and estimation experience in construction.
• Experience leading large tendering and estimation teams.
• Strong knowledge across civil construction, MEP and quantity surveying.
• Experience with GCC market construction projects.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the tendering and estimation department across disciplines (civil, MEP, QS).
• Oversee tender preparation, cost estimation, pricing and bid submissions for major projects.
• Ensure tenders are delivered on time with accurate pricing and high technical standards.

AP Executive is recruiting on behalf of a leading construction group in the Middle East, known for delivering large-scale, technically complex and landmark projects across the region

Our client is seeking an experienced Tendering & Estimation Manager to take on a key leadership position within its construction business.

This is an opportunity to lead a well-established, multidisciplinary department, with the potential to assume overall responsibility for the tendering and estimation function across Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the tendering and estimation department, covering civil works, MEP, quantity surveying and related disciplines.

• Oversee tender preparation, cost estimation, pricing and bid submissions for major construction projects.

• Ensure tenders are delivered on time, with accurate pricing and high technical standards.

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to a large, multidisciplinary team.

• Oversee tendering activities across Saudi Arabia and potentially Qatar as the role develops.

Candidate requirements

• Extensive experience in tendering and estimation within the construction industry.

• A strong background with a leading main contractor.

• Proven experience managing large tendering and estimation teams.

• In-depth technical knowledge across civil construction, MEP and quantity surveying.

• Experience working on major, high-value or landmark construction projects.

• Relevant experience in the GCC construction market.

• Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.

The opportunity

The successful candidate will join an established construction group with a strong track record in major regional projects.

The position will initially be based in Saudi Arabia, with the possibility of relocating to Qatar as part of the group's leadership succession plans.

The role offers an indicative salary of SAR 60,000 - 65,000 per month, alongside relocation assistance and allowances.
