Job summary

Otis Elevator Company Saudi Arabia Ltd is seeking a Sales Operations specialist to support the bid process for new equipment projects across Otis-KSA. You will collate technical and commercial data, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.

The role emphasizes compliance with policies and procedures and involves multi- disciplinary collaboration. Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering or sales, a CSA certification, and at least 3 years in sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent.
• CSA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales operations experience in a construction/engineering organization.
• Fluent written and spoken English essential; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents.
• Coordinate for collection of documents to submit to client.
• Prepare compliance, RFI, ELOG, quotations.
• Support for costing & estimation.
• Prepare contract form and obtain approval for booking; assist documents for booking.
• Pre-qualification preparation.
• Material Submittal preparation.
• Create records in CRM/Elog for new inquiries.
• Flash / booking forecast updates.
• Provide all other sales support to MP sales manager.
