Job summary

Otis Elevator Company Saudi Arabia Ltd on Al Malga, Riyadh, is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support tender responses for new equipment. You will coordinate documents, assist with costing, prepare quotations, and maintain CRM/ELOG records to enable the MP sales team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sales, CSA certification preferred, at least three years in sales operations within construction/engineering, and fluent English (Arabic preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Sales or equivalent.
• Certified Sales Associate (CSA) or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in with sales operations in a construction/engineering organization.
• At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents.
• Coordinate for collections of documents to submit to client.
• Prepare compliance, RFI, ELOG, quotations.
• Support for costing & estimation.
• Prepare contract form and get approval from FOD for booking.
• Also, support to prepare the documents for booking.
• Pre-qualification preparation.
• Material Submittal preparation.
• Creates record in CRM/Elog for new inquiries.
• Flash / booking forecast update.
• All other work-related support needed by MP sales manager.
