Job summary

Otis Elevator Company Saudi Arabia Ltd in Riyadh is seeking a skilled sales operations professional to support the tender process for new equipment projects. You will liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to gather technical and commercial data for bids.

The role focuses on document collection, compliance checks, cost estimation support, and contract preparation, reporting to the MP sales manager. English proficiency is essential, Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sales is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in sales operations in a construction/engineering organization.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic preferred.
• Certification such as CSA or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents
• Coordinate for collections of documents to submit to client
• Prepare compliance, RFI, ELOG, quotations
• Support for costing & estimation
• Prepare contract form and get approval from FOD for booking; support to prepare booking documents
• Pre-qualification preparation
• Material Submittal preparation
• Creates record in CRM/Elog for new inquiries
• Flash / booking forecast updates
• All other work-related support needed by MP sales manager
