Job summary

Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, seeks an Account Executive - PT to drive revenue growth in the Purolite group across Saudi and Gulf markets. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong account leadership, and the ability to retain strategic Nalco accounts while building long-term customer relationships.

You will develop sales of Purolite ion exchange resins, engage in technical seminars, and propose effective market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry).
• 1+ years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience.
• 1+ years of experience in well service stimulation or related technical sales.
• Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience.
• Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and learning internal business systems.
• History of autonomy, self-motivation, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers and prospects for the majority of your time to meet targets.
• Manage expenses in line with the budget.
• Complete orders with all necessary information.
• Propose marketing strategies to promote Purolite resins.
• Provide technical support to convert contacts into regular customers.
• Calculate projects and optimize plants.
• Intervene on-site to optimize resin usage and troubleshoot issues.
