Job summary

SiFi - Simplified Financial Solutions Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead technology projects from planning to delivery. You will coordinate between Product, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure projects meet deadlines, scope, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Transferable Iqama and currently based in KSA.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology/fintech/banking/software environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, SDLC, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating with product, engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, operations, and external vendors.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical projects from planning to delivery.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and business teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical project plans and tasks.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, blockers, and provide updates to management.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager based in Riyadh to lead and manage technology-related projects from planning to delivery. The role requires strong project management skills, technical understanding, and the ability to coordinate between Product, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  
• Work closely with engineering, product, cybersecurity, compliance, and business teams to define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  
• Translate business requirements into clear technical project plans and actionable tasks.
  
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, blockers, and provide regular updates to management.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  
• Ensure technical projects follow proper governance, documentation, approvals, and change management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  
• 3-5years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, fintech, banking, payments, or software environments.
  
• Strong understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, system integrations, software development lifecycle, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
  
• Experience working with technical teams, product teams, and business stakeholders.
  
• Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile, or similar certification.
  
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or SAMA-regulated environments.
