About the Role

We are looking for a strong Technical Manager to lead the technical planning, execution, and team coordination for a strategic project in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can bridge business needs with technical delivery, manage engineering direction, and ensure successful execution across systems, teams, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of the project from planning through execution.
• Manage and guide engineering teams to ensure high‑quality and timely delivery.
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear technical direction.
• Oversee system architecture, integration approach, and technical design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges, and drive resolution.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, delivery processes, and technical operations.
• Ability to balance hands‑on technical understanding with team leadership and execution ownership.

• Experience in large‑scale enterprise or government‑related projects is a strong plus.
