Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience in technology, fintech, or software environments, a relevant bachelor's degree, strong APIs and cloud knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication to align with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of tech project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and SDLC.
• Experience with fintech, banking, or software environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical projects from planning to delivery.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical plans and tasks.
• Track risks, dependencies, blockers, and provide updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for delivery.
• Ensure governance, documentation, approvals, and change management.
• Support prioritization of initiatives based on business impact.
• Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigations.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory expectations.
