Job summary

SiFi - Simplified Financial Solutions Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead technology projects from planning to delivery. You will coordinate between Product, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure projects meet deadlines, scope, and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong project management and technical understanding, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and manage

Qualifications

• Transferable Iqama and currently based in KSA.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology/fintech/banking/software environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, SDLC, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
• Experience coordinating with product, engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, operations, and external vendors.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical projects from planning to delivery.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and business teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical project plans and tasks.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, blockers, and provide updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for delivery and governance.
• Ensure governance, documentation, approvals, and change management processes are followed.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and resources.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation plans.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and regulatory expectations.
