Job summary

Saipem in Dhahran is seeking a Technical Office support professional to assist the General Services Department with daily operations. You will prepare reports and presentations, using Excel and PowerPoint to present data effectively, and coordinate daily tasks to ensure timely completion.

Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related fields are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in English is required and the role is on-site at Amaad Business Park, Dhahran.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Languages: English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Technical Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Purpose Of The Position

As a Technical Office

r under GDP, you will be part of the General Services Department. You will support the department in coordinating daily operations, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring the smooth execution of administrative and operational activities.
