We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to respond to the HR Manager and lead the Energy Carries within Human Resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field; master’s/MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in oil & gas, with 2–3 years in leadership.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong sourcing and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning: forecast hiring needs and design long-term roadmaps.
• Lead recruitment and sourcing teams; mentor and evaluate performance.
• Partner with project management and department heads to meet workforce needs.
• Track KPIs such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire while ensuring compliance.
• Design local talent strategies to meet Saudization and In-Country Value goals.
• Monitor market trends to adjust compensation benchmarks dynamically.
• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Purpose of the position:

As {Talent Acquisition Lead} you will respond to the [HR Manager] and be part of the [Energy Carries] within [Human Recourses].

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• 1 Strategic Planning: Forecast hiring needs, design long-term talent acquisition roadmaps, and align recruitment budgets with business objectives.
• 2 Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and evaluate the internal recruitment and sourcing teams.
• 3 Partner with project management, department heads, and regional leaders to understand workforce requirements.
• 4 Metrics & Compliance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention, while ensuring compliance with local labor and employment laws.
• 5 Localization Mandates: Design and implement local talent strategies to meet strict regional compliance goals (e.g., Saudization, In-Country Value programs).
• 6 Market Intelligence: Track competitor projects, and regional salary shifts to adjust hiring strategies and compensation benchmarks dynamically.
• 7 Employer Branding: Elevate company positioning in the job market through recruitment marketing, events, and candidate experience initiatives.

What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

Experience: 5 + years of recruiting experience within the Oil & Gas, with at least 2–3 years in a direct leadership or management role.

Languages: Arabic - English.

Technical Skills: technical sourcing tools, Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, and recruitment analytics.

IT Skills: Data management - Data Analytics -HR systems.
