Job summary

Saipem is seeking a Data Analyst for its Supply Chain Department in Saudi Arabia. You will support data analysis, build Power BI dashboards, and prepare engaging Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations based on data warehouse sources.

Role involves identifying trends, data integrity checks, and opportunities to improve reporting. Some travel within KSA is expected; MS Office and AI-driven analysis are part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MI (AI/IT/Computer Sciences).
• 0–2 years experience as a Data Analyst in Oil & Gas.
• Languages: Arabic & English.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and validate data from management or data warehouse.
• Create/maintain Excel reports and Power BI dashboards for SC insights.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations with charts and concise data summaries.
• Identify trends, data discrepancies, and reporting improvements with the Supply Chain team.
• Apply AI tools to simplify analysis while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Purpose of the position

As Data Analyst you will be part of the Supply Chain Department within scope. You will support Supply Chain Management for various Data analysis, creating reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI, as well as preparing PowerPoint presentations with graphic visuals based on data provided or sourced from the data warehouse.

How can you support us?

• 1 - Support supply chain data analysis by collecting, organizing, and validating data provided by management or extracted from the data warehouse.
• 2 - Create and maintain Excel reports and Power BI dashboards to present supply chain information clearly and support management decision-making.
• 3 - Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations using charts, graphics, and concise summaries to communicate key findings.
• 4 - Identify trends, patterns, and data discrepancies, working with the Supply Chain team to improve reporting accuracy and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• 5- Apply AI tools to simplify data analysis and reporting, under team guidance, while checking the accuracy of outputs and maintaining data confidentiality.

Technical Knowledge:
