Job summary

Saipem is seeking a Graduate Development Program participant for Labor Law Litigation within its Human Resources Legal Unit. The role involves supporting labor law activities, handling employment litigation, and assisting with disciplinary matters and related HR tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law required.
• Law graduate with internship, university projects or practical training in Labor/Employment Law, legal research or litigation-related matters.
• Legal research and drafting, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge.

Purpose of the position: As Labor Law Litigation Officer you will be part of the Human Resources Department within Legal Unit. You will support Labor Law Activities, Employment Litigation, Disciplinary Matters and related Legal and HR Activities.

What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law.

Background: Law Graduate with Internship, University Projects, or practical Training in Labor Law, Employment Law, Legal Research, or Litigation-related Matters.

Technical Knowledge: Legal Research & Drafting, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point
