Müller's Solutions in Riyadh is seeking a talented Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract to drive talent acquisition for technical roles. You will work with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and market opportunities to attract top candidates, while managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical roles.
• Strong understanding of technical job roles and IT industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions independently.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent.
• Create and post job descriptions on various platforms for visibility.
• Screen applications and resumes to shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management.
