Müller’s Solutions is seeking a talented Technical Recruiter on a 6-month contract to drive our talent acquisition for technical roles.

You will partner with hiring managers, craft compelling job descriptions, post roles, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews while maintaining an up-to-date candidate database. Experience with ATS and a IT industry understanding are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on technical roles.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Understanding of IT industry and technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to identify and attract top technical talent.
• Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to maximize visibility.
• Screen applications and resumes to shortlist candidates for interviews.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and manage relationships with potential hires.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's appeal as an employer of choice.
