The role requires 1–3 years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing and screening skills, and proficiency with ATS tools. This position is based in Riyadh with a focus on timely hiring and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• MBA/PG qualification in Human Resources preferred.
• Recruitment/HR certifications are advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against approved job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and verify employment-related information.
• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status updates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Support offer, joining, and recruitment documentation activities.
• Maintain recruitment reports and track open requirements through closure.
