Job summary

SIHAMCO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across hospitality, F&B, events and large seasonal workforce initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The role supports high-volume campaigns, overseas hiring, visa coordination and workforce mobilization.

You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, offering and onboarding while ensuring a great candidate experience and strong stakeholder engagement across business units.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Mandatory experience recruiting within hospitality and Food & Beverage; experience with luxury hospitality, fine dining venues and entertainment destinations preferred.
• Experience supporting overseas recruitment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower request through onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, assess and shortlist candidates for permanent, temporary, contract and seasonal positions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Prepare offer recommendations and employment documentation.
• Conduct reference and background checks where required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support large-scale recruitment campaigns for hospitality openings, events, festivals and seasonal operations.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring seasonal requirements and maintain a ready pool of qualified professionals.
• Ensure overseas recruitment complies with Saudi labor regulations and company policies; support document verification and candidate readiness before deployment.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels to develop and maintain talent pools.
• Maintain accurate records within the ATS and prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Promote SIHAMCO as an employer of choice at recruitment events and hospitality career fairs.

Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business units with a strong focus on hospitality, Food & Beverage, entertainment, and large-scale seasonal workforce projects. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, this role supports high-volume recruitment campaigns, overseas hiring initiatives, manpower planning, visa coordination and workforce mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower request through onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, assess and shortlist candidates for permanent, temporary, contract and seasonal positions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Prepare offer recommendations and employment documentation.
• Conduct reference and background checks where required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support large-scale recruitment campaigns for hospitality openings, events, festivals and seasonal operations (mass hiring events, assessment days, recruitment drives).
• Build talent pipelines for recurring seasonal requirements and maintain a ready pool of qualified professionals.
• Ensure overseas recruitment complies with Saudi labor regulations and company policies; support document verification and candidate readiness before deployment.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, career fairs, universities and hospitality institutes) to develop and maintain talent pools.
• Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Promote SIHAMCO as an employer of choice and represent the company at recruitment events and hospitality career fairs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3‑5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• Mandatory experience recruiting within hospitality and Food & Beverage (F&B); experience with luxury hospitality, fine dining restaurants, premium venues and entertainment destinations preferred.
• Experience supporting overseas recruitment highly desirable.
