Job summary

You will work with SWF service providers and guide Regional Hubs to ensure compliant, efficient talent acquisition and workforce administration.

The role requires strong understanding of outsourcing, contracts, and payroll processes, with a focus on meeting SLAs and Bank policies across the SWF lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, business administration, project management.
• Minimum 5 years in HR management, contracts and outsourcing.
• Languages: English and Arabic mandatory; French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan SWF requirements, budgets and workforce plans.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for SWF positions.
• Coordinate offers, onboarding and induction through SWF service provider.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and maintain records.
