Job summary

Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Supplemental Workforce Management Specialist to lead end-to-end SWF recruitment and lifecycle administration through service providers, and to guide regional hubs in SWF management.

The role covers planning, payroll coordination, contract governance, budgeting, and strong collaboration with Procurement, Legal and HR to ensure compliant, efficient SWF operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management, contracts or outsourcing experience.
• Languages: English and Arabic mandatory; French preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for SWF through service providers and coordinate with regional hubs.
• Oversee onboarding, payroll, benefits, contracts and lifecycle administration for SWF.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance and HR systems to ensure timely, compliant processes.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, budgets and compliance with Bank policies; drive continuous improvements.
