Job summary

Tagmatix360 seeks a Strong L1 Network Engineer to join its NEOM City operations on a permanent basis, relocating you to Sushi Island. You will provide frontline IT support, maintain LAN uptime, and manage Windows and macOS desktops, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

You will handle service desk tickets (DSS+), work with senior engineers, and perform routine security/compliance tasks, with a 5-day onsite schedule. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of enterprise IT support are required; CCNA or CompTIA A+ are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related.
• 2+ years IT support and L1 network engineering in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and macOS.
• Experience with service desks, ITIL, and DSS+ workflows.
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP knowledge.
• Willingness to relocate and work onsite 5 days in NEOM City, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier-1 network support and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Administer Windows desktop environments.
• Support macOS computing environments and devices.
• Manage service desk operations and DSS+ incident workflows.
• Configure TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IP address management.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and on-site teams.
• Perform proactive maintenance, updates, patches, and diagnostics.
• Ensure IT security baselines and data protection policies.
• Maintain service documentation and asset inventories.
• Deliver customer-centric support on a 5-day onsite schedule in NEOM City.
